What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived?Updated a month ago

If your delivery hasn't arrived, firstly, verify the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email to see the status of your delivery. If the tracking details show a delay or indicate it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us with your order details. We will lodge an enquiry with the courier on your behalf to find out what has happened.

Additionally, if the delivery shows as successfully delivered and you're unable to locate it, check common drop-off locations around your premises or with neighbours/housemates who may have accepted it.
