We generally advise not to consume Sea Moss Gels past their best before date. However, if there are no changes in smell, texture, taste, or colour, it remains at your discretion to decide if you wish to continue its use.

To avoid wastage, if you find you haven't used up the gel by the best-before date, you can freeze any remaining amount into ice cube trays (not in the glass jar), which will extend the shelf-life by 2-3 months.
